It looks awful and it's not intuitive. At first glance you can't even tell the difference between source, target and redundant information translators just don't need.
Not user friendly. Setting up TMs is time consuming and confusing. The interface looks like HTML code, where you have to find the actual source and target from the mess of tag soup.
If you fancy the idea of working in a cloned version of TRADOS TagEditor (yes that tool that was hot 15 years ago!) but with ridiculously convoluted TM access, including logging onto a separate portal, and jumping through a series of complex hoops - AND THEN having to run QA in a separate, but equally miserably un-intuitive tool, then by all means, use Translation Workspace XLIFF Editor. You've been warned
